Live In Paradise
You work hard, we all do. Then we all go home. Wouldn’t it be nice to retreat to a
vacation spot every evening to relax and enjoy life in? Most of us don’t have the time or
the place to relax and enjoy life …we just work.
Tranquility awaits you! Look beneath the tall weeds and overgrown vegetation you
might see a Water Feature or a Fire Pit.
Resort style living at home …at your home! Treat yourself and your family to a higher degree
of quality life. Rich landscaping lifts the spirit and warms the soul. Everyone has their
idea of paradise …What is yours?
Home Sweet Home will be in your mind all day… when you live in paradise.
This is Why
Stress has become the disease of modern times. People are looking for new ways to rid themselves of
the burden of day to day stress to actually enjoy the beauty of life instead of endless worry and depression.
So the next time you are feeling that stress has got the better of you, head out into your garden
and literally "smell the roses". If it's not much of a garden, then call us.
Landscape projects are home improvement investments and if you are concerned about
saving money, this way of thinking will save a ton!
With the falling value of the dollar, securing your hard-earned savings in well designed landscaping
around your home is a good investment that will return with many benifits.
The picture above is a good example of poorly designed landscaping. These poor plants
are punished every time the lawn gets mowed. These are not happy plants.
Any improvement you make to your home will either increase the value a little or a lot.
Landscaping carries a percentage of 10% - 20% of a property’s overall value …so the
investment is a good one (especially if you have no landscaping or poor landscaping).
This is How
- First, think of a budget. This is a starting point. If your project is a large one,
and the budget is too small, you may want to consider do the job in phases.
ALWAYS have a budget.
- Call me and we will set an appointment to meet.
- On the first visit – We get to know each other (Jobs are custom fit to each
clients taste and budget) and we set goals and a plan. Usually photos are taken of
areas to be improved to help with the design process. We set a second
appointment.
- In a few days, we meet again - This time we go over the design and make any
changes or adjustments to the design to suit you.
- Some may reside in a H.O.A. or C.O.A. – if this is the case, the rules of your
association need to be considered when planning your project. Approval from the
board must be acquired and we will help you with this – just ask.
...But can I afford it?
YES, YOU CAN!
Average landscape makeovers done to an average front yard area
range between $4000-$6000 and include much of the front yard.
Average back yard renovations range between $10000-$15000 and
may include a fire pit or a water feature or both!
Most of us spend more time in the backyard and also most
backyards have more area to cover...
